This show’s sixth season debuts today on Netflix and given what is happening in the world today we need a female led woman positive sitcom more than ever. Most sitcoms don’t try to make important statements, but that’s always been its strength. there’s something deeper going on and now is the time to pay attention.

JASON’S PICK:
Sesame Street Mecha Builders [HBO Max]
Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Abby are now robots who save the day by… building things? I don’t know if I’ll ever watch this, but I’m glad that something like this exists for today’s kids.

KATHERINE’S PICK:
The Getaway King [Netflix]
This Polish comedy is about notorious thief Zdzisław Najmrodzki, who escaped authorities 29 times.
