What To Watch: 01/21/2020

In the past few years stand-up Fortune Feimster has become one of the most sought after sitcom character actress. Tonight, she returns to the stage for her first Netflix hourlong. Meanwhile, a bunch of our favorites return — from superheroes to a beloved family still sans its sleepy racist matriarch — and a new chapter of the History Channel distorting history.

KATHERINE’S PICK:
Fortune Feimster: Sweet & Salty [Netflix]
Fortune, who steals the show in any ensemble she’s in, is streaming on Netflix with her first standup special. We hope everyone falls in love with her as much as we have.

BRAD’S PICK:
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow [The CW, 9p]
The Legends face a post Crisis world. They may have saved the multiverse, but that doesn’t mean evil takes a holiday. Just can slow the Arrowverse down

JASON’S PICK:
Project Blue Book [History, 10p]
Aiden Gillen stars as an astrophysics in the UFO section of the U.S. government, because this is what the History Channel is now. But Neal McDonough is also there, and this series that is somewhere between Strange Angel and The X-Files is not too bad.
