Movies! Movies on Netflix that maybe weren’t good enough for the theaters! Quentin Tarantino’s revisionist history! Jamie Bell, testing my desire to see him on screen! All that and more below.

Skin is a drama starring Jamie Bell as a man who decides to leave the white supremacist gang he joined as a teenager.

Honeyland is a documentary: “The last female beehunter in Europe must save the bees and return the natural balance in Honeyland, when a family of nomadic beekeepers invade her land and threaten her livelihood.”

Once Upon a Time In Hollywood is a film from Quentin Tarantino. A washed up movie star (Leonardo DiCaprio, in a role based on Burt Reynolds) and his stunt double (Brad Pitt, in a role based on Hal Needham) cross paths with Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie) and the Manson Family (Damon Herriman, Maya Hawke, austin Butler, Lena Dunham, Dakota Fanning, and Margaret Qualley; Bruce Dern plays George Spahn). Luke Perry (in his final role), Damian Lewis, Kurt Russell, Rebecca Gayheart, Al Pacino, and Timothy Olyphant also feature.

For Sama is a documentary following five years of a woman’s life during the uprising in Aleppo, Syria. Waad al-Kateab falls in love, gets married, and has a daughter, Sama, while the conflict arises around her.

Astronaut stars Richard Dreyfuss in a movie that was apparently written for my father: a widower wins a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go into space. (It also sounds like the plot of an episode of The Twilight Zone and is the plot of The Simpsons.)

The Mountain stars Tye Sherridan as a man who works as a photographer for a doctor who advocates for lobotomies. The doctor is played by (who else?) Jeff Goldblum.
