While you sort through whatever the hell happened this morning and its international consequences — who knew Kim Jong-Un was such a Hydrox-over-Oreos man — here’s some non-MSNBC or CNN or C-Span or Comedy Central or F … no, that’s all the news channels … here’s some shows you can feast your eye buds (eye buds?) on.
Legion [FX, 10p]
It’s season finale tonight and David has to confront his future. And here’s the thing with Legion: last season, as good as it was didn’t make sense and come together until the last episode. So I guess tonight we learn what’s it’s all been about.
The Bachelorette [ABC, 8p]
Group dates! Drama! An ambulance ride? Tonight seems like it is going to be a wild ride. Also, Becca is taking a group date to the spa with all of her friends from The Bachelor? Hopefully there aren’t any wandering eyes.
The Zimmern List [Travel, 9p]
Zimmern hits up Atlanta for burgers and Korean food.
ALSO ON TAP TONIGHT:
- The third episode of the third season of TNT’s intensity-fest Animal Kingdom is titled “The Center Will Hold.” Will it, though? We suspect that it will not.
- In the 1990s, the words “also Michael Bolton stops by” were usually met by abject horror and a rise in murder-suicides. However, between good PR and a healthy sense of humor about himself, Mr. Bolton has rehabilitated his name to the point where even this guy can beam with pride when someone reads that name. Anyways, tonight, contestants on Fox’s Beat Shazam band together to identify popular songs. Also Michael Bolton stops by.
- On the second season debut of Fox’s take on The Front Page, The Bold Type, Jane, flush off her first feature in Incite, hopes to reap the favor of a powerful friend.
- AMC’s confusing but cult-beloved Humans goes second-episode deep into season 3 as its humans and not-so-humans have to sort out all the secrets and lies.
