Charity balls and charity stripes headline tonight’s lineup of clones and spies and scientist-investigators and self-conscious comedians.
Rednose Day Special [NBC, 9p]
Taking a break from my normal date with Orphan Black because last week was just not OK! So I will turn to something a little more heartwarming and watch my fave celebs with a red nose on help end child poverty. This year’s special features Ellen DeGeneres, Jack Black, Paul Rudd, Julianne Moore, Liam Neeson, Sarah Silverman, Tracy Morgan, Key & Peele, Anna Kendrick, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and more.
NBA Playoffs [TNT, 8p]
That’s why we play the games, folks. Don’t know how many experts I heard during the regular season who went out of their way to declare the Thunder had no chance against the Warriors, yet here we are. The Warriors may still pull it off with three straight wins, but either way, it’s dramatic and historic.
All Good Things [LMN, 8p]
Ryan Gosling and Kirsten Dunst star in this middling yet compelling 2010 drama about Robert Durst; you can get through all of Kimmy Schmidt’s jokes on this alone, with no help from HBO’s sensation The Jinx.
ALSO ON TAP TONIGHT:
- While we’re all a bit peeved at it at the moment, Orphan Black is still on tonight on BBC America and is one mindtwist of a show.
- Tonight Amy Schumer apparently will address her recent public discomfort with fans who often go too far for selfies, and that’s just one sketch on tonight’s Inside Amy Schumer on Comedy Central.
- Bones is somehow still a thing. It’s on Fox. This episode does sound a bit intriguing as there’s a riff between Booth and the Jeffersonian.
- On FXX, Archer is in love with the two-parters. This one takes the gang to a film set at the behest of the suspicious director.
